As the President of HyperNet Solutions, Inc., a MBE, WBE company, Michelle draws on her 20+ years in executive leadership to direct and lead the company’s strategy, business operations, and revenue growth in existing and new markets. Before co-founding HNSI in 1997, she was a Local Government Specialist for Oklahoma State University’s (OSU) Center for Local Government Technology, a division of Oklahoma State University’s Engineering Architecture and Technology program. In addition to her work with the Center, she utilized her extensive technology skills for Oklahoma State as a Systems Analyst, Developer, System Administrator and Helpdesk Manager. In recognition of her technology expertise, Michelle was selected to co-develop and lead a major office automation software project that resulted in significant transformational efficiencies for the State of Oklahoma – as mandated by the Oklahoma Auditor and Inspector’s line item call-out. Utilizing innovative applications of technology and thought leadership, Michelle transformed Oklahoma’s Local Government Office by automating their daily work activities including purchasing, receiving and material transfer. She received her B.S. degree in Computer Science Management Systems and Master degree in Telecommunication management.from OSU.

Co-founder and CEO, Hayden plans and directs all aspects of HNSI’s policies, objectives and strategic initiatives with a focus on short and long-term profitability. As a electrical and computer engineer also certified in Microsoft/Novell Systems oversight for the development, testing and implementation of HNSI’s new technical products and services portfolio. After graduating with an Associate degree in Computer Science from Northern Oklahoma College and his Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University, Hayden joined Armstrong, a worldwide manufacturing business where he began as IT Manager and rapidly progressed through the ranks to become a IT Operation Director responsible for maintaining, administering and supporting nationwide Novell/Windows/IBM Mainframe/Unix network, Imaging system, Shoretel/AT&T PBX, Lotus Notes, Exchange and SharePoint system and the RF barcode warehouse management system. He designed and implemented a nationwide Fiber Optic system connecting 72 manufacturing plants, and client-server database using SAP R/3 with Oracle on Suns Solaris/Windows platforms. In the last 3 years, Hayden focuses on virtualization using VMWare in conjunction with Dell’s EqualLogic/EMS SANs. In providing IT solutions for a nationwide insurance/tax services (Brown&Brown/Industries Consulting LLC) business clients, he has implemented and integrated Citrix VDIs in LAN/WAN infrastructure to meet and exceed all financial institutions’ security criteria in PTO/RPO.

Leon has extensive professional experience at the senior executive level in FAA air traffic control, air traffic controller training, air traffic facility management and air traffic operations. He has managed all facets of the daily operations of one of the largest and busiest Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCC) in the national airspace system, which included over 450 employees.
As an ARTCC Operations Manager, he was responsible for control room operations with seven Areas of Specialization. Each of these areas employed 50 – 55 air traffic control specialists, operational supervisors, traffic management specialists, maintenance technicians and meteorologists. These areas had the designated responsibility for all civilian airports and military facilities in a six state region. He has worked in concert with Airways Facilities and FAA Air Traffic Division to accomplish facility remodels and upgrade projects. As an Evaluation Specialist in the Office of System Effectiveness & Evaluation, he evaluated the performance of the FAA’s ARTCC’s, Control Towers, Approach Controls, Flight Service Stations, and facilities in the Federal Contract Tower Program against local and national FAA directives. He also served on the National Free Flight Phrase 1 Program Development Committee.
Leon was instrumental in opening Kabul Afghanistan’s first non-radar Air Control Center (KACC). He was on the team that set up the world’s first completely non-radar Air Traffic Control Center for the United Nations, the U.S. Department of Defense, NATO and the Afghanistan government. While there, he worked as an air traffic specialist, and watch supervisor. He also held three major positions while there, serving as the KACC Facility Evaluator and the Deputy Training and Standardization (ATSN) Officer, where he converted U.S. Air Force Training directives to ICAO standards. He also provided subject matter expert input as watch supervisor to the military on UAV operations.

Vince joined HNSI in 2005 as Director of Operations after spending over 7 years with the Nordam Group, the largest privately held FAA-approved Repair Station for composite aircraft structures, where he served as a Senior Engineer of Structural Metal and Composite Bonded Aircraft Components. Vince successfully led numerous engineering repair development projects focused on flight control surfaces and engine thrust reversers for major airlines including AA, DELTA, CONTINENTAL, UNITED, and SOUTHWEST AIRLINES. He was also instrumental in leading the engineering effort that established Nordam’s first Military Repair Program including the B-52 engine cowling, doors, fairings, and panels and the F-18 flight control surfaces. Vince left his birthplace of Vietnam after the Vietnam War and was reared in Oklahoma. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
