HyperNet Solutions Incorporated (HNSI) started as a commercial, local and state government contractor.  We provided PC Help Desk and Servers Maintenance support for the Meridian Technology Center on legacy and latest platforms such as NT, Microsoft Windows Server, SCO Unix, Linux, and Novell.  For one of our state/local government contracts, HNSI provided comprehensive IT consulting, network administrative support, help desk support and custom programming as a teaming partner with Oklahoma State University’s Local Government Training Division.  In the seventy-seven (77) county offices of the State of Oklahoma, our HNSI staff custom designed and developed office automation software used for tracking purchase orders, and the receipt and transfer of materials to project sites. We design, develop, and maintain a web database to constantly update real estate information for County Assessor to provide information regarding real estate over the Internet.

Over the past four years HNSI has been branching out into the federal government.  In the Department of Interior, we provide Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) support, administrative management services and design/develop Internet and Intranet Web sites. In the Department of the Air Force, 327th Tanker Support Group, HNSI personnel assist and support the Air Force in providing management assistance, administrative support, research and analysis, Access Database Programming and overall database management and program analysis. For the FAA at Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, HNSI provides Administrative Support Services, Technical Support for Regulatory services for various organizations. We also provide Mail Distribution and Supply support for the FAA Southwest Region in Fort Worth, Texas.

HNSI has intimate experience providing AT-SAT (Air Traffic Selection and Training) Test Administration for the current AT-SAT contract under a subcontracting agreement with Robinson Aviation (RVA) out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  HNSI provides proctors for fix-base testing in Fort Worth, Texas. HNSI proctors team has the experience to setup, install, and administer testing for this contract. HNSI Software Development team has provided architecture design, development and technical support to convert RVA’s single user application in administer test scheduling to multiple users secured environment.

For Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, we provide database development, database programming, web support services, programming, and desktop application services using Oracle Express, Oracle 8i-10g, Oracle Forms, ColdFusion, Microsoft asp.NET, Microsoft SQL; in support of the Bureau of Reclamation’s Mid-Pacific Regional Office, Area and Field Offices, as well as support secure client and public access to Reclamation applications and/or information.  We also provide Geospatial Information Services (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) services for the Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation, which includes developing and maintaining the regional spatial resources master database.

HNSI design and install the cable infrastructure for school districts, state and local government offices, and small businesses around the State of Oklahoma.  Our personnel installed and configured a new Network system. We maintained and provided training to administrators on the NT network.  In addition, our personnel provided help desk support, LAN administration, software application support, first-line hardware diagnostics support, application program software development, and Internet and email support services.

HNSI supported the FAA Regulatory Support Division (AFS-600) organization where our airworthiness personnel, operations specialists, data analysts, and program analysts are responsible for providing assistance with specialized data collection operations and programs.  HNSI personnel coordinate the collection and authentication of aviation data elements for input into FAA systems.  This responsibility includes the development of analytic methodologies, identification of changes required for program accomplishment, and integration of new requirements into operational plans.

HNSI has systems development and operations and maintenance (O&M) knowledge gained via their work with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC).
