Hayden Hoang
CEO
As co-founder and CEO, Hayden Hoang plans and directs all aspects of HNSI’s policies, objectives and strategic initiatives, focusing on short and long-term profitability. As a electrical and computer engineer also certified in Novell Systems Management, Fiber Optic Systems and Novell Administration, Hayden champions and provides executive oversight for the development, testing and implementation of HNSI’s new technical products and services portfolio. After graduating with an AA in Computer Science from Northern Oklahoma College and his BS from Oklahoma State University, Hayden joined Armstrong World Industries Business Information Group where he began as Information Systems Manager and rapidly progressed to become a Network Systems Programmer responsible for maintaining, administering and supporting 200 notes Novell/NT/Unix network, technical support for and including; hardware and software for plant-wide office automation, IBM mainframe for 120 manufacturing terminals, the UNIX AT&T Legend III PBX system, the Lanier/Watermark Imaging system, corporate-wide Lotus Notes system and the Radio Frequency barcode warehouse management system running on a UNIX platform. As a result of his demonstrated technical excellence, he was selected to design and implement a plant-wide fiber optic network including FDDI, Frame Relay, Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and a Client-Server database using SAP R/3 with Oracle7 on UNIX/Novell/NT platforms using the Winsock application.
