Michelle Hoang
President
As the President, co-founder and Principal of HNSI, Michelle Hoang draws on 20+ years in executive leadership to direct and lead the company’s strategy, business operations, and revenue growth in existing and new markets. Before co-founding HNSI in 1997, she was a local government specialist for Oklahoma State University’s (OSU) Center for Local Government Technology, a division of their Engineering Architecture and Technology program. In addition to her work with the Center, she utilized her extensive technology skills for OSU as a Systems Analyst, Computer Programmer, Network Administrator and Network Manager. In recognition of her technology expertise, Michelle was selected to co-develop and lead a major office automation software project that resulted in significant transformational efficiencies for the State of Oklahoma – a line item mandate from the Oklahoma Auditor and Inspector. Utilizing innovative applications of technology and thought leadership, Michelle transformed Oklahoma’s Local Government Office by automating their daily work activities including purchasing, receiving and material transfer. She received her B.S. degree in Computer Science Management Systems from OSU, and is near completion of her Masters degree in Telecommunication Management.
