Vince Vo
Director of Operations
Vince joined HNSI in 2005 as the Corporate Director of Operations after spending over 7 years with the Nordam Group, the largest privately held FAA-approved Repair Station for composite aircraft structures, where he served as a Senior Engineer of Structural Metal and Composite Bonded Aircraft Components. Vince successfully led numerous engineering repair development projects focused on flight control surfaces and engine thrust reversers for major airlines including AA, DELTA, CONTINENTAL, UNITED, and SOUTHWEST AIRLINES. He was also instrumental in leading the engineering effort that established Nordam’s first Military Repair Program including the B-52 engine cowling, doors, fairings, and panels and the F-18 flight control surfaces. Vince left his birthplace of Vietnam after the Vietnam War and was reared in Oklahoma. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and later received a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
