Lapeania Jones

Lapeania Jones brings 15 years of outstanding customer service experience to HNSI in both the private and public sectors.  In her corporate role Lapeania is responsible for all HNSI program managers ensuring all accounts and employees are performing to expectation and according to the HNSI operational plan and standard.  Recruited to HNSI in 2008 as the Alternate Program Manager, she assumed responsibility for co-managing 180 employees providing contract administrative and regulatory support services to the FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK.  Prior to joining HNSI, Lapeania was a Task Supervisor with Leader Communications Inc., supporting 20-30 accounting employees supporting the FAA.  She also served as a contract pricing specialist with Automated Information Management Inc., where she managed their government contract purchasing and pricing functions; as data service manager at West Corporation and as pricing analyst at Seagate Technology.  She received her Master’s of Business Administration and Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK.  In addition, she earned an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University in Oklahoma City, OK.  She is a recipient of the Southern Nazarene “Distinguished Achievement Award.”
